All our tiny homes are built in-house. We operate a 55,000-square-foot factory 1.5 hours South of San Diego in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Our business is headquartered in California and our finished homes ship from San Diego.  

We carefully curate our materials and components for quality, durability and sustainability—and the vast majority of what goes into our homes is sourced from the USA. Our custom-designed trailers are manufactured by McArron Manufacturing in Clovis, CA. Our materials include James Hardie siding, Sheffield Metal roofs, American Standard toilets, OSI Sealing products, Rockwool insulation, Sherwin Williams paints and sustainably certified lumber.

Our supplier relationships and factory are set up for mass production. By purchasing materials in bulk and building them in an assembly line, we can offer homes of unmatched quality at a fraction of the cost.  

We carefully follow all relevant building codes and government regulations. Our homes are inspected by NOAH Certified to the ANSI 119.5 and NOAH+ standard. We are a registered RV dealer in the state of California, which allows us to legally sell throughout North America. Our factory in Ensenada is an IMMEX-registered facility that manufactures under the USMCA. We pay above-market wages to all our employees and offer a highly sought-after benefits package.
