The company is run by Kol Peterson, who founded Caravan — the world's first tiny house hotel — and helped spearhead the legalization of RVs and tiny houses as housing in Portland. Kol consults on ADUs in Portland and nationwide.

Excited about your Tiny Home? We are here to help! Our experts can guide you through the Tiny Home purchase and installation process. We can help you think through things like grid power vs. solar, or how your sewer, septic, or composting toilet might work.

Line up financing.

1-2 Weeks

If you’re paying cash for your Tiny Home, great! If not, there are several options to finance your new home. If you live in California you may qualify for an RV Loan otherwise, a HELOC is also a popular option. We’re happy to discuss options with you and introduce you to a financing partner.

We build your home. You track the progress.

12 Weeks

Once your order is placed, your home enters production in our factory. Through your dedicated customer portal, you’ll be able to track progress and receive updates from our team every step of the way. Typical build time is around 12 weeks.

Delivery & Installation

1 Week

Sit back and relax while our team delivers your new unit, which in most cases can be tied directly into your existing utilities or available off grid. Congratulations, you’re now the proud owner of a beautiful and fully-functioning Clever Tiny Home.
