Shall be detached from the primary residence.
Shall not be placed on the driveway.
Includes permanent provisions for eating, cooking, and sanitization. (requires a kitchen)
Meets maximum size requirement- 400 sq ft.

THOW (tiny home on wheels) as your Primary Residence requirements:

Meets the single- family requirements per zoning ordinance
Must meet California electrical code for electrical hook-ups or an off-grid system.
Must meet California pluming code for water and sewer options.
