I'm over the moon with my gorgeous and spacious Clever 1 Tiny Home! I placed my deposit on the new model that made its debut at the March 2024 TinyFest in San Diego before even seeing it in person. That was quite a risk for sure, but that's how stoked I was with these diminutive dwellings! **The folks at Clever Tiny Homes are the absolute best to work with, as we stayed in communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end.**

We just received our Clever Tiny Home and are very pleased with it. They delivered exactly what was specified and at the website advertised price, which is very competitive. No surprises. I'm retired after being in the construction business for most of my adult life. **The design and materials of the structure are top notch as are the fit and finish.** Their contracted transport person was friendly and very skilled maneuvering the unit into place just where we wanted it. Overall, I highly recommend both the product and the company.

The interior is gorgeous and well planned. With the high ceilings it doesn't feel Tiny, and with all the standard appliances and equipment, it is ready for multi livable use. The customer service and the owners are the kind of people you wish everybody was like --- they go above & beyond to make sure all the details are taken care of. I am looking forward to working with them again, they helped make our promotion very successful. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Amazing option for folks who want a tiny house solution. **Modern design, quality materials. It has all the small details you would never think of; plenty of outlets, lots of cabinet space, good lighting, on and on, too many to name, they thought of everything.** I think my favorite feature aside from overall aesthetic and generally premium feel (literally down to the hinges) is how spacious and comfortable the bathroom is. As far as set up, the delivery was on point and every little thing top to bottom works perfectly.

After doing a lot of research I purchased a Clever Tiny Home for my brother-in-law. The model S was perfect, it is all on one floor with plenty of room inside. The materials, craftsmanship and finish are great. I was able to meet Asa at a tiny home show at my local fairgrounds about two months before it was delivered, he was very helpful and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns were taken care of. The process was very easy, and the delivery went very smoothly. All in all, a great purchase.

**We live on the Big Island of Hawaii, after researching alot of tiny homes here and on the mainland we found Clever Tiny homes to be the most high end and cost efficient on the market.** We purchased the Clever S and we've got many compliments from the time it arrived at the barge. The barge employees along with the tow truck driver mentioned how well built the home and the trailor is especially after shipping to Hawaii. The electrician also mentioned that they put alot of love in their work after opening the electrical panel. It now sits on a beautiful ocean view property and we absolutely love it!

I almost didn’t choose this company because there wasn’t hundreds of reviews but don’t let that discourage you. I had very high expectations that they completely exceeded. Everyone who has seen this unit in person asks for more details. It’s so beautiful and feels luxurious inside. There is more than enough space and the tall ceilings are the best addition. Asa and his team were helpful through the entire process, I would be happy to work with them again and recommend them to my friends.

What an amazing tiny home this is! **We looked at many options before buying, and were glad we chose Clever. Its a modern design on the inside, very comfortable, spacious, and high quality finishes. You get plenty of daylight with all the windows.** I have owned this for over a year and have had no problems with anything.

We recently purchased a Clever Tiny home for ag worker housing on our farm in Northern CA. It took two months to be delivered from order date, communication was excellent and we were able to add all the options we wanted. The entire process was flawless and our farm crew loves it!!! It’s well made which we needed since we are close to the coast and get a fair amount of wind. The kitchen and bathroom are large and gorgeous!!

The Tiny Home is everything we were looking for. The recommended transportation company did a great job with the delivery. The final portion was up a muddy hillside but the guys were able to navigate through and were very professional.
